Steve Agee, President and CTO
Steve Agee leads the company's strategic direction and culture of performance. He is responsible for developing and maintaining all internal and external information technology solutions for the company. These include core products as well as internal business information applications.
Agee brings an extensive resume of experience leading IT organizations and has led the development of numerous database oriented applications and business intelligence solutions. His tenure of experience includes companies like Bell Helicopter, Textron, American Airlines, National Processing Company, The MPS Group and Boeing.
Agee earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL in 1982 and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX in 1986. Agee resides in Ovilla, Texas with his family and is active in the community and in his Church. In addition to numerous academic awards, he is a member of the governing board of his church and has served as Chairman of the Board on several occasions.
Larry Hanrahan, Vice President Operations
Larry Hanrahan brings 20 plus years of technical and operational expertise to his responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of Teknion’s web-based solutions. This expertise includes assembling technical teams to architect, develop, and support IT solutions in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, banking/financial services, health care, and services oriented businesses.
His tenure of experience includes places like American Airlines, Sabre, National Processing Company and Teknion Data Solutions. Under Hanrahan’s guidance, Teknion has developed IT consulting solutions for such customers as The Boeing Group, Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX, Republic Services, National Product Services and revelationMD.
Hanrahan holds a B.B.A degree from Baylor University, in Waco, TX.
Rick Grizzle, Vice President Healthcare Practice
Rick Grizzle is a vice president in Teknion’s Healthcare Practice. In this role, he is responsible for increasing the firm’s value to healthcare clients by delivering specific vertical industry and horizontal service offerings. Grizzle is uniquely positioned in health care through his understanding from multiple vantage points within the industry. His work history includes hospital administration, physician recruitment, physician practice management, provider contracting, provider network development, market leadership for CIGNA in the St. Louis/Kansas City and Dallas-Fort Worth markets and recognized sales success (health benefits) for CIGNA while gaining strong relationships on the employer/consulting side of the health care system. Finally, Grizzle is a founder of revelationMD, a growing provider repositioning company that leverages connecting technology to help providers bring value to employers and other payer strategists. Grizzle is a Healthcare industry veteran who has worked directly with hospitals, physician groups, employers, benefit consultants and national carriers for over 20 years, bringing extensive industry relationships and insight for bridging market gaps.
With a deep knowledge of the healthcare community, Grizzle has experience implementing healthcare IT solutions that achieve best-in-class operational performance and deliver significant bottom line results. He works with industry thought leaders to improve in such areas as clinical optimization, operational streamlining and cost efficiency. Grizzle’s education includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters in Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
PJ Hoke, CMO and Vice President
PJ Hoke is responsible for defining and implementing a growth strategy, and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve its revenue goals and position the company as a visionary leader in the IT consulting marketplace. Hoke brings extensive marketing experience to Teknion with expertise in broad-based marketing, product management, interactive marketing, public relations, and communications with emphasis on the development and implementation of innovative, integrated marketing programs that deliver revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand into new markets. Hoke is an innovative thinker that delivers breakthrough ideas and results and has supported cumulative revenue growth of $700 million and pipeline potential in excess of $3 billion for small, mid-market, and large companies.
Prior to joining Teknion, Hoke held leadership positions with Thomas Group, Inc., ATERAS, MeadWestvaco, Hogan Systems, Antrim Corporation, and UCCEL Corporation.
Hoke serves as a LifeNet Board member, and sits on the Employee and Development Committees of LifeNet. She supports and serves under-privileged and international refugees via Vickery Meadow Ministries and Austin Street Shelter. Hoke also serves on the host committee for Great Investors Best Ideas Symposium (GIBI), is a member of Network of Executive Women (NEW), North Texas Commission (Branding Committee), and the Women’s Museum (Marketing Committee). She is on the SMU Associate Board serving as an MBA Mentor, and as an American Marketing Association Mentor. Hoke holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona.
