IntraBase™ Web Component

The IntraBase™ web component is a server side application that runs on a Windows NT/2000 server. It provides a completely customizable Internet/Intranet website with a variety of display options. Linked pages may contain standard html pages, office documents, forms, images, or information returned from corporate databases. IntraBase provides a full set features including:

• Search capabilities
• Multi-tiered security levels

IntraBase™ Administrator

The IntraBase™ administrator component is an explorer like interface providing a secure environment for designated site administrators. Administrators can configure the structure and content of their Intranet site by updating the backend database that powers IntraBase™. Changes made to the database are automatically cascaded to the Intranet/website.

Navigation using IntraBase™

IntraBase™ menus lead to ‘links’ that point to a web ‘document’. These web documents can be virtually any type of document including but not limited to:

• Standard web pages such as HTML or ASP pages residing on the web server
• External web pages which point to any url on the
  world wide web
• Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files
• Microsoft Office files
• Image files (GIF, JPG, BMP, etc.)
• Multimedia files (WAV, MP3, AVI, MOV, MPG, etc.)
