Government Contractor Gains Efficiency and Transparency from New Data Warehouse

A large government contractor in the aviation industry needed to access data that was stuck in an outdated, poorly structured database. A corporate directive decreed the company would convert existing material requirements planning (MRP) systems to perform all reporting outside of a data warehouse for better accessibility and transparency. Additionally, the company had no current business intelligence solution in place, and the existing data warehouse was poorly structured and largely ignored. There were limited internal resources, but the internal team wanted mentorship.

About the Client

I am not sure how Resultant was able to develop a data warehouse in such a short period of time. We worked on a commercial data warehouse for over four years and didn’t have anything to show for it.
