Since she entered the fourth grade, Alicia Still knew her mission was to become a lawyer. That clarity and determination fueled her drive from elementary school to undergraduate studies in political science and on through law school. She is admitted to the bar in Kentucky, the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Alicia spent six years in private practice before engaging in a series of in-house legal positions. For the seven years prior to becoming general counsel for Resultant, she helped companies scale their legal function and collaborated with business teams to drive strategic growth.
Today she advises Resultant’s executive and management teams on all legal and risk aspects of the business. Still also advises and supports business units in commercial negotiations, disputes, and strategy.
She’s the president of the Kentucky chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and serves on boards for both Lexington Homelessness Prevention and Intervention and Providence Montessori School.
Alicia loves live music, a good book (though not while listening to live music), and visiting new places. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband, Jack, and sons Luke and Owen—and, of course, is a diehard Wildcats fan.
